| 1. | Members of Edonuwa are binis, descendants of binis, or their spouses. |
| 2. | All members enjoy equal rights including the right to vote and be voted. |
| 3. | The association, including yourself after you join, retains ultimate control of all financial and administrative decisions, including removal/impeachment of its officers, if necessary. |
| 4. | Honorary Membership is by invitation only. |
