Founders Messages

Mr. Ogbeide

Progress and accomplishments are household words that can be used without any contradiction by Edonuwa members. Edonuwa has made tremendous accomplishment since its inception. It has a solid foundation with dynamic leadership, dedicated and loyal members; a highly principled and hardworking democratic leader, supported by a progressive executive council and guided by our motto of "unity, love & trust".

Edonuwa is alive and strong and our goal is to be the trail blazer among associations in the Metroplex. We at Edonuwa are strongly committed to be our brothers keeper and a source of inspiration to others. Members are happy to belong. They are formidable and truly idealist and we know "ideas rule the world". The association is open to all binis by birth. Everyone is invited to audit our meetings and see democracy at work. It is our strong conviction as in the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson that "when you build a better mouse trap, the world will beat a path to your door". We sincerely believe that we have the better mouse trap in place.

Mr. Agho

Discussions before the formation of the then un-named Edonuwa restored my confidence again in associating. Associations must have the collective will to sanction members of the executive who violate constitutional provisions. Consequently, accountability, in all respects especially financial, was made a significant anchor in its formation. The formation of Edonuwa presented that rare opportunity to belong to an organization with clear objectives and focus. The bar here is high, only a few can comply. I am honored to be a founding member of Edonuwa.
